    Item was damaged in transit by Australia Post. Email and phone support was Quick and effective. I repaired the damage myself. You really need to improve your packing, just putting it in a box without packing the insides against transition damage is something you need to improve on. Otherwise a nice unit and friendly fast response to help request.
