  Had to cancel this item, due to myself reading the listing wrong. Vendor was great in letting me know the item was already shipped due to timing of cancellation, but gave me feedback as to having no issue if I was to send back after I received the item. A few days later Vendor was actually able to cancel the item & refund back the payment. I have no doubt the condition would have been what was described, and worked without issue. It is a great value if you are looking for a 64GB kit.

  Excellent seller. Product was shipped promptly and arrived earlier than expected. Product is genuine and of "new" condition. RAM was packaged well in secure RAM casing held inside of vacuum-stealed anti-static mylar bags. RAM passed MemTest86 testing with flying colors. Samsung is a reliable company. There are cheaper options; you get what you pay for and I'll always pay/shill for quality. You can get away with pinching pennies on other things, good RAM is essential and Samsung does it right.

  Product is listed as "NEW" with factory packaging. Received in plain generic brown boxes and styrofoam padding. That is not manufacturer packaging! Additionally, one of the hard drives already had data on it and won't format. Messaged seller 12 hours ago and haven't received a response. Do not buy from this seller!

  Package was stalled for weeks by USPS. Started on Jan 20th as New president took office. USPS hasn't been treating packages right from certain places. Seller is excellent and it did eventually say it was delivered but I never got it so seems it didn't make it to my address. I highly recommend sell, they refunded me. USPS is to blame.
