The product is exactly as described, in excellent condition, shipped quickly. I am very satisfied with the product and the seller. My only negative comment is that the cost of the duties is additional to the listed price and taxes and shipping costs and it is not disclosed in advance so the item was significantly more expensive than initially thought. It also had to be paid to the delivery company or have the item returned. If that cost was disclosed up front, that would have been preferable.

I bought this item after a recommendation in a motoring magazine. It came out tops for a small ratchet screwdriver. As it's intended as a present, I haven't opened and inspected the item, but the quality of the manufacturer's packaging together with the magazine's recommendation suggest that the screwdriver is an excellent buy. The seller's packaging was excellent and ensured the item arrived in it's box undented and undamaged. Would buy from seller again.
