Hi I received my adaptor in a prompt timely manner,however upon opening the parcel the adaptor is unassembled for which it wasn’t stated on your site and the photos show assembled. I messaged you 24 hrs ago and also called your store today with no response,the adaptor is not “fit for purpose” as described on your site.Can you please advise how you would like to rectify this issue as this item is nothing like you have advertised.Thanks
