  I was so surprised that the item came earlier than expected. The item was in good condition. It was packed securely with foam all around.   Shipping info got lost a few days ago but I reviewed my item even faster than expected. No issues, item came in perfect condition and I am highly pleased. Not sure why or how the shipping info still hasn't confirmed delivery but it doesn't matter. Seller communicated with me multiple times, price was fair and I received my item quickly.   The item arrived early and in the exact packaging it was supposed to. The communication with the seller was exceptional and the only issue I have is the LED feature on the product isn't functioning but everything else is perfect. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone and will most likely buy from them in the future.

  Purchased on 6/1 for $ 163.98, emailed the seller asking about shipping since a week had past and no tracking information. Then I receive this email on 6/10 saying this "Due to the large volume of the product box. This may result in additional tariffs. You may need to pay additional fees. So we have removed the original packaging box and shipped it to you. We can refund the cost of the box for you. Do you accept it?" This is unacceptable and bad business trying to charge more.   The Scope was missing. Contacted about returning and they immediately deflected. They were condescending and even after sending pictures of the contents in the package, I was asked three times to “check the box because this doesn’t usually happen.”, even though this item is opened by the seller before shipment. After a few days of messaging back and forth they said they would offer partial refund. I gave an offer and was immediately scoffed at and low-balled by the seller. Terrible seller.
