    Seller delivered items that did not match the listed image (Could have purchased identical to what was delivered for less elsewhere). Seller packaged the items folded, therefore kinking the wire safety bead. At least the seller acknowledged the errors. However the seller then cancelled the order stating that The BUYER had requested to cancel. This was presumably to avoid an eBay penalty. Buyer reported all above to eBay with evidence. Sadly eBay refuses to let buyers know the outcome.

    Item was all sent securely and really nicely packed, condition was exactly as described and literally exactly what we were expecting. However, screws were difficult to fit making it a bit of a difficult assemble, nothing on seller though they are superb to do business with, Top class service 👍🏻😊😊
