    Despite a carrier error involving a notification of item delivered when it had not been successfully delivered to the correct address this seller despatched a second item. However the carrier rectified the mistake, after an automated e-mail notification of delivery had been sent. The successful delivery was too late to prevent despatch of replacement item. In not waiting for eBay delivery promise expiry time period this trader went beyond the expected level of service. Great trader Regards jim

    Great part, got the boiler working again , and new as described, good price, and being new and wrapped perfect condition, postage would be an issue except it was delivered on a Saturday ( within 24hrs of ordering) as eBay at one point predated delivery on Tuesday A+++

    Above and beyond expectations. Ordered on Friday 20th before Christmas around 4:30pm, received on 27th Dec by DPD. Amazing service and other big players could learn a lot from this team. I expected limited service over Christmas and wouldn't have been disappointed if that were the case. Part was packaged well and arrived sooner than expected. The same goes for the courier DPD - great service. A happy tenant, happy landlord and a happy me. We all got to enjoy the New Year. Thank you.

    Excellent Reliance valve & difficult to source at reasonable cost, sellers website was easy and delivery was next day so this was also superb. Would prefer a cheaper postage option like Royal Mail 48hr tracked which is very cost effective for items up to 2kg & is half the cost of this next day delivery only option. However, very please with quality and speed of delivery.
