Console arrived wrapped in layers of bubble wrap which protected the PS5 nicely during postage, postage was super fast !!!.... Item is in better condition than advertised in the listing, I can't notice any of the minor scuff marks, and the PS5 works perfectly, all data wiped from previous owner and had it up and running within 15minutes. Exceptional value as the unit is basically brand new !!! Highly recommend this seller, A++++

I had a few problems with the iPad but the supplier/seller was brilliant. They worked with me to sort out the problem. Unfortunately it could not be fixed remotely so they sent me the packing slip to return it to them. This meant I did not have to pay for the return. After checking it they refunded me within a day. Thank you so much. Even though I did not get the iPad I very much appreciated the customer service and support from them. I would highly recommend them.

Despatch was delayed due to seller being away (the notice for which went up after my purchase), but it arrived reasonably quick once despatched.
