The seller has stepped forward and provided me with a full refund, without even being approached, for I understand that it is not their fault. These actions are 5 star, I cannot recommend this seller highly enough for their integrityy and hoinest dealings. Totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated.

    The seller sent this item quickly and in the sealed packaging. When it arrived the batteries installed by the makers had leaked. I informed the seller saying that it was clearly not their fault and asked if they knew where I could get a replacement battery cartridge. The seller immediately sent a whole new torch which arrived today. Very happy with this seller and the excellent service.
