    Unfortunately the item had been lost in the postal system. This has been confirmed by Aust Post and indeed not the fault of the seller at all. The seller has stepped forward and provided me with a full refund, without even being approached, for I understand that it is not their fault. These actions are 5 star, I cannot recommend this seller highly enough for their integrityy and hoinest dealings. Totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated.

    The seller sent this item quickly and in the sealed packaging. When it arrived the batteries installed by the makers had leaked. I informed the seller saying that it was clearly not their fault and asked if they knew where I could get a replacement battery cartridge. The seller immediately sent a whole new torch which arrived today. Very happy with this seller and the excellent service.

    Arrived quickly, well packaged. The item was exactly as described and does work. Tricky to set up but once working, great. This is my 3rd purchase of this item from various sites - and I can now water my whole property. (When you put the batteries in you should hear 4 clicks.) My advice is to use the click on attachments. I have screwed on a different hose connection and I can’t get it off without breaking the internals. Very happy to purchase from this seller again.
