I told the seller, who said they’d send me a ‘converter’. I received the converter. The converter did not work and was faulty and melted a power outlet. Dealing with this seller has been very difficult. They sold me a device that was not as advertised, as well as providing me a product that did damage to my property. Buyer beware.

- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseFirst set of scales gave faulty weight readings so seller sent a second set of scales which also failed to read correctly..i contacted seller also sending pictures for proof but seller wanted video evidence which my phone couldn't do,,the seller then completely ignored my messages...highly recommended buyers to purchase their pocket scales from another company..if I received 2 faulty sets of scales and no further communication from seller then they don't take their customers seriously!

Camera is defective, does not work, contacted seller who stalled any refund by requesting photo of camera ( that doesn't work) !! SERIOUSLY !? A very shady seller with a reputation for NOT standing behind their obviously substandard service. Camera is going in the recycling bin, only thing it's good for! Steer VERY CLEAR of this disreputable operator if you want to save your money !! BEWARE
