First pair I bought were excellent size and quality. So I ordered same size again for two more pairs. When they arrived they were labelled the same size but a good 3cm shorter. After multiple emails with the seller I was told to return the item for a refund. I said I demanded a full refund but only receive less than 50% of the price. Complaint placed either ebay.

I did finally get a refund but after many messages. Was offered $5 then $10 then $15 then 50%. Size sent was wrong. wanted to return and receive two pairs in the right size. I sent images with tape measure along side the first pair. But not forthcoming to send right size even when I returned items. I did communicate clearly but was fobbed off each time. Then only received refund for one pair ($2) less than what I paid. I had to threat to complain only then did I get the second refund.

I communicated on many occasions and left bad feedback because my experience was bad. Your size 40 of second order didn’t match size 40 of first order.
I only wanted you to send right size. I love the first pair and would have loved the second and third pair but I couldn’t shrink my feet. Don’t comment ‘please communicate before leaving feedback’ I DID!
