Upon bringing the damaged item to their attention I was told to review the listing to read their policy. They went on to accuse me of "staging" my photos, claiming I was trying to set them up by removing packing material to make it look like it was their fault. This item was sold AS IS with no guarantees. It was packed well. They were trying to get a partial refund. Take a look at this seller's negative and neutral feedback and you can see how they really operate.
