    listed as "Brand New" ... all 3 sets received had been opened and the discs had been handled ... contacted seller and a refund upon return was offered as well as an apology/excuse ... given the perceived value and experience of the seller - NEGATIVE - feedback is a fair and accurate conclusion to this transaction ... which is a shame due to all other points (packaging/postage and communication) being excellent

    Slight oversight on label as "brand new" vs "as new", apologised and offered full refund, buyer still would prefer to play the victim and leave neg feedback instead of solve situation amicably, sad.
