  I ordered two of these mugs, but TREASUREWARES only had one left by the time my order got to them. They called me twice trying to resolve this problem. I didn't pick up, but their voice message was very concerned and very nice. I responded with an eBay message to say "No problem. Just send the remaining mug." They did and they took a few dollars off its price for my trouble. It arrived the next day, well packaged. Great service, wonderful people. THANK YOU, DONNA & JOHN

  Well packaged, fast shipping, and the plates look brand new although they were sold as used. As the seller described, they may have been displayed plates and not actually used. I already had have three same plates, so wanted to add two to make it a set of five. Good value. And I loved a little message sheet inserted in the package. I am very happy with this purchase from this seller.

  My set of Bramley Hedge salad plates arrived today. Thank you for superb packing. Plates are exactly as described, and even though your vendor listing stated they were "used".... it appears they were most likely on display in someone's china cabinet as they are in excellent " like new" condition. I feel fortunate to have found them to add to my collection. From answering my question to a speedy delivery, this was a good experience. Thank you.

  This was a frustrating and negative experience. I ordered what was advertised as white thread and received ecru thread. The picture and description did not match what I received at all. The seller insisted I must have gotten the thread from another seller and could not conceive that they could have made an error. Only after contacting EBay did I receive a refund. This was my first negative experience using eBay for the last 20 plus years. Thank you eBay for making it right. Bad Seller!

  This was more frustrating for us than buyer.The only thread we had, listed, & sent was PURE WHITE. We know for a FACT that we did not make a mistake in this case. If we had, we would have corrected it immediately. As we have been sellers in top rated status for 27 yrs.our other feedback proves exactly what type of sellers we are & thank you Ebay for standing behind sellers as well as buyers. We now have Ecru thread that wasn't ours which Ebay said we can do whatever we wish with it.
