  Seller has failed to send item. 16 days since purchase and Seller still has failed to respond and send item. For something that is advertised as being in NSW and being posted to NSW, should not have taken this long. Seller has marked item as sent, bur that is false. Refund now requested and still no contact. Seller obviously has falsely advertised an item as being available and is holding my money for personal gain. Not a trustworthy Seller. Be very careful when dealing with this seller.

  I got an eBay refund which was great, but in the comments sent by eBay it stated that the seller provided info which was supposedly proof of item being delivered. This is incorrect, the item delivered to my office was completely not what I ordered and I offered the seller to organise a pick up of their item. I did not hear back from them after that. Will not deal with them again.

  I have received a similar item to this in the past, but for some reason, these multiple & similar sellers, FAIL, to either complete the transaction by sending the item, or just don't bother, & refund the cost. I am at a loss, as to why it seems to be soooo difficult for these Sellers, to complete this & similar transactions, & not even offer to provide ANY explanation of their failure!/issues! Very disappointed!!!!

  Item appears to have been Drop Shipped from Amazon, therefore the item did not arrive within the estimated delivery time that the seller had estimated. A receipt from Amazon was included, which indicated a total cost of $26.37. I paid $42.00 for these pens, therefore I should have checked Amazon first. Seller had communicated promptly twice after purchasing the product to say that it was on its way, but in this case it appears to have been drop shipped from Amazon. Honesty up front please.

  Dear Buyer, First of all we have different stores on different platforms so we send item through the nearest warehouse from which customer receives it ASAP and this eBay knows. Secondly, its not 42$ whatever your seeing, it includes shipping cost, eBay cost and promotional cost. Sometimes we do loss just to make sure it arrives to our customer ASAP. If you want I can offer you full refund upon returning the item it will be free and you can purchase from anywhere you like. Thanks

  Package was included 5male and 3female clips, came to realize after installed 2male and 2female clips. Reached out to the seller, been asked me to return everything so they can send out new one. After 4 clips were installed those are no longer in their original state as the holding pins meant to be cut down, advised seller that I’m not returning. I have not been offered any other solution other than return, not professional at all

  Dear Buyer, We need products back for the claim as we are also doing business and here to make money. We offer you free return for replacement and also we told you just return it in whatever condition. But you dont want to return but need replacement.
