First the item looks great, BUT!!! The seller did not ship this item for almost 4 weeks after the order was placed. Even after I placed a not delivered notice with ebay the seller did nothing. I ask for a refund and then they finally shipped the item. For more salt in the wound, the seller put the item on sale for 50% off before they shipped my item. I will not recommend TR_HOLSTER to anyone or every buy from them again.

Handling times are posted for each listing. Our apologies as this order was part of a batch of eBay orders that were archived due to a glitch in the eBay system unbeknownst to us. Once this was brought to our attention your order was addressed immediately. The buyer purchased in between our monthly sales and a simple message to us could have resolved the pricing difference.

Nice holster. Seems to be pretty good quality. Shipping definitely took longer than I expected, but that was partly on me. I didn't see the 15 day delay in the posting. Customer service was timely and helpful.
Also, it fits my PSA Dagger compact as well! So that's a bonus!

Ordered 28 days ago and never received tracking much less my holster. Reached out a few days ago (after 25 days) and the seller claims he doesn’t see my order even though I gave an order number and messaged him through the order page that tells him I’m responding to said order. Then tells me to go through eBay to file a claim and refuses to refund / cancel my order. Hoping eBay will make it right but my experience sucks. 👎👎

As stated in some previous feedback we had an internal error that archived orders due to a glitch in the eBay system. Opening an Item Not Received claim unlocks additional resources and gets eBay involved to assist. The buyer spent his time typing this paragraph instead of getting eBay involved. You can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink. Help us help you! Again our apologies for the inconvenience.

Waited 32 days for my holster and still have received nothing. Just a message blaming it on “ a glitch” and trying to pass it off on being EBay’s fault. Pretty disappointed and not what I expect from an “American Made” company. See attached photo for copy of their response.

…..and when you brought this error to our attention we retrieved your order from the Archive screen and shipped it ASAP. There were several transactions that were Archived unbeknownst to us. As you received a nice professional response. Sometimes in life things happen that are out of our control. We apologized and do appreciate your support!
