      I have never seen a better packaged shipment! The crate was custom and very secure. Freight shipping costs were very reasonable and the delivery time faster than expected. The item is difficult to source and the price paid provided great value. The condition of the item was as described, in very good condition. This seller had excellent communication! I will buy from them again!

      Feedback is about the seller. I put a bid on this equipment and it was accepted by the seller. The vendor charged my credit card but before shipping the equipment they told me that they were canceling my order since this was promised to another buyer from their online site. They stated that the ebay site and online site is not monitored the same and this caused this the internal issue of promising the purchase to two separate customers. They simply canceled my order. Poor selling practices.

      Ben, we appreciate your understanding of the issue that took place. As mentioned, this (and the other 3 units we had) sold to a customer who is international and had to wire the funds. The funds were being processed and we weren't aware of that until you had placed the bid and our owner (the only one who works on weekends) accepted your offer. I understand you were in need of the equipment and as we discussed, I would be happy to update you when we get more in.
