    Unexpected, the seller refunded me in full. I was not anticipating this welcome surprise, as there are no returns accepted, so I was just led to believe there was no point in contacting the seller. The seller made it right. I will know next time to ask questions about the product and finding out if it is the name brand stated. Just because the box says so, does not make it true. I appreciate the seller refunding me.

    I did mess up and didn't look at the item well enough. I did refund the buyer as soon as I saw this feedback. He was right he didn't contact me. Had he contacted me 1st all of this could have been avoided.

    Book was just as described and absolutely perfect! Listing said quality was “Very Good” condition, but it appeared to actually be even “LIKE NEW”, if not actually NEW condition, so even better! Item was shipped quickly and carefully wrapped in thick packaging to prevent damage. Value for the low price was a great deal, too. I definitely recommend buying from this seller, and I will be making future purchases for myself as well!

    Very fast shipping on this amazing ICONN slalom ski. As a former professional skier, I know that Mr. Connelly packed a ton of ski technology into these wonderful skis. Packaging was a little rough but these skis can stand up to anything. Ski and bag were exactly as shown/described. An outstanding value on this rascal 😎! A+++!!
