  So this was a story! First horn arrived quickly and well packaged - broken and didn't work. Seller responded promptly and sent a replacement. Easy peasy. But it didn't work! This time the seller went out of their way to test the horn before sending and, again, posted promptly. Seller went to all this trouble for a low value item, communicated quickly at every stage and has saved me a problem with my work Secret Santa. Exceptional service in every respect. Hope to buy again. Wonderful seller!

  I don’t recommend seller, purchased a Thobe for Eid was meant to be sage green colour got sent a brown baring in mind I ordered 2 to match our outfits for Eid, they got delivered a day before Eid in the afternoon so I couldn’t buy replacements I contacted seller straight away got no message back to apologise or anything worst seller I’ve ever purchased anything off, as you can see in the photo the colour green I ordered is circled and I got a horrible brown

  PART 1 of my order: Alhamdulillah! I ordered so many times already, always big orders. Shipping to Germany with eBay GSP shipping as always no problem at all. Fast delivery, high quality. I ordered Waistcoats, and they all are as they should be. Already for years I trust this seller. Communication is great with them, and they are patient, even if you ask them like 10 questions.   Awful Experience. I ordered 4 thobes of which I got a message to say they have been despatched. They then got delayed and turned up 2 weeks later. Out of the 4 thobes only 2 arrived in the wrong colour and wrong size! How can you get the order so wrong!?I contacted the seller no response back. Please guys do not waste your time and money this seller is not reliable. Very disappointed. Never ordering from here again

  Ok , so they sent me wrong colour , I sent numerous messages before they finally got back to Me but the reply was once a day ! They have agreed to exchange but this company so unprofessional , slow communication and not to be trusted so will not ever be purchasing again
