The trouble with the whole order was the carrier, YODEL, which must be one of the worst I have met with. My order, a kilo of tea, was given to the carrier on the 27th January and was dumped in a public shelter two days ago, fully 12 days later, where anybody could have got it, and was said to be delivered on ebay.
