    I am a very happy customer. The seller gave me a great deal on a multi tool and packaged and shipped quickly. On arrival to me, it turned out there was a blemish that had not been previously noticed was present. I quickly contacted the seller who responded even more quickly and we worked out a deal. You rarely see customer service like this anymore!!! Stuff happens in life and its awesome when good people do the right thing. I truly appreciate it.
