  Absolutely the worst seller I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Purchased item with free shipping, seller messages saying the item is damaged and no more stock available. Item is then resisted with added shipping costs. Seller requests I open a return request for refund even though the item was never shipped.. ended up reporting to eBay and received refund. Would give zero stars if possible

  I bought a 4 core alloy radiator and fans came in a perfect condition box not a mark on it but the radiator inside was packaged damaged the mount was bent along with the tube an fins I sent a photo asking for a new radiator asap as I desperately needed it to which I was replied our technician has said that won't affect the radiator just bend it back and we will send a 30 dollar refund . I didn't purchase a bent poor quality radiator for 400 dollars then want 30 back I need a new radiator . Poor
