It wasn’t sent until I checked back over a week later. Communication was poor. When I expressed my concerns, the seller was rude and dismissive. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

    IT IS A GENUINE TOYOTA PART AND WE HAVE IT CLEARLY MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION THAT THESE COME IN PACKS OF 10 AND IT WON'T BE SHIPPED IN TOYOTA PACKAGING, CLEARLY YOU'RE TALKING OUT OF YOUR IGNORANCE, THERE WAS A SHIPPING DELAY SO THE BUYER DIDN'T LIKE THAT WE TOLD THEM THERE IS A DELAY, DELAYS DO HAPPEN LIKE OR NOT SO THEY DECIDED TO LEAVE A BUTT HURT FEEDBACK!!!!!!

    I ordered a small hinge part for my Corolla armrest and it was almost $50. Once I received the part it was incorrect for my particular model so I asked to return the part for a refund. It is a tiny part and very easy to send it back in an envelope however the vendor refused to accept the part back and now I'm stuck with a useless part and I'm out $50. I would never risk ordering from this company again.
