  The netting bags took 6 days from dispatching to delivery. The product was advertised as UK stock, but no information on the delivery time until the order is confirmed, stating it would take 5 to 10 days. It would be helpful if the delivery time is clearly stated before the order is placed, ensuring the delivery time fits in to the buyer's schedule. On this occasion, I had to contact the seller to express my concern of late delivery. The quality of the netting bags seemed good.

  Items as described, good quality and new, excellent value. BIG complaint is seller claims to be in UK but is in fact in China! I wanted this quickly which is why I chose a UK vendor, turns out the items are sent from China NOT UK; hence the long wait for delivery!! Clearly says Located in London.   Item arrived safely, good packaging, I was eagerly waiting its arrival, maybe a little delay due to the bank holiday. Good price, quality and condition as described. Maybe I’ve not got the right mobile phone case for this item as it’s not sitting around my phone correctly now I’ve got this item installed.

  Dreadful experience. All of the frames arrived damaged all 5 of them shoved in a grey plastic postage bag. No bubble wrap or protection whilst in transit. Arrived with bag torn in several places and the frames, completely unuseable. I have contacted the seller and asked for free return postage . They asked for photos, which I sent. So far, they have asked if I could fix the frames and offered a 30% refund as return postage would cost them too much . Comms are very poor and I am left to waiting
