    I wouldn't buy from this seller again... Shiped the items in a paper envelope with no bubble wrap or care just thrown in a paper envelope. They had ripped through when delivered and they came with scratches and marks on them due to no separation. It's just careless and no concern. Lucky they got here. Maybe try and have a little bit of care and respect for what you do this is the problem with the world today and what separates good sellers from bad sellers. 🙄😞

    Product came in on time, the tracking on shipping wasn't updating, but seller quickly responded to my message. Product is unusual size, so it was packaged in if it fits it ships boxes folded triangular. I'm not sure if it's how the boxes were folded or carelessness of the post but the box was bent and split open. Thankfully seller had taped stripes together and bubble wrapped them so they survived.

    So I ordered a board for my TV 2 days ago and was shocked to see it in my mailbox this morning. Packaging was flawless, product in perfect condition, had a question and seller responded instantly, my expectations were blown away. BTW I replaced the board as soon as I received it and I am watching it right now. I will never ever shop for my electronics needs anywhere else. If TV Parts Center doesn't have it then I probably don't need it. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!

    "Open box" means "new" but not sealed in original packing. This was a working "used" unit. It works so that is good. Price and shipping was good. I would only suggest a more accurate description but would buy again from this seller.

    Amazing service the looks new my 65 Roku is working as it should again as shown in the pictures I’ve provided here I recommend tvpartscenter (3855) 100% really fast delivery no delays or flaws with the product it was packaged really nice and solid so my personal experience was 100 percent satisfied and happy to have this tv fixed I came close to throwing it in the dumpster but I’m glad I actually decided to repair it instead it was really easy to fix if I remember right seven screws fix replaced
