The ornament is a good value given how it is becoming increasingly difficult to find in good condition. Danbury Mint ornaments CANNOT be stored in a hot environment like an attic. It causes them to irrevocably tarnish. Unfortunately these tarnished/ruined ornaments are being listed on eBay. Danbury will not refinish them - which is unfortunate as they are beautiful.
