    This seller is amazing!! My purchase arrived in a beat up box due to the shipping carrier and my printer was damaged due to something other than an ink cartridge that holds ink, exploding and covering the printer with ink. There were no ink cartridges installed, so it was not that. I contacted this seller immediately and he did not hesitate to refund my money. I appreciate his professionalism and not being put through a hassle to get my money back. Top Notch Seller!!!!

    Product was in excellent condition, shipped in more-then-adequate packaging, just took a while to ship (several days after order complete before it went to shipper). Communication: neutral - seller did communicate once, never did answer my question, but I took a chance since they offer free returns.     Exactly as pictured and described. Nice keyboard! This is my favorite keyboard model, nearly impossible to find these days since it was discontinued. Appears to have been lightly used, but still in great shape, works perfectly, and basically looks brand new! I really appreciate that the seller accepted my (what I hoped was reasonably priced) offer quickly, provided tracking information once shipped, and packaged it up very securely so it arrived safely.
