  This straw hat was posted in a plastic bag! It was completely crushed on arrival. I asked for the hat to be replaced with a hat that was not broken. I asked to return the hat and have one sent to me in proper packaging. Instead they offered me five dollars and asked me to keep the hat. I kept explaining I do not want a broken hat and they kept offering a little bit more and a little bit more but still not giving me a full refund or replacing the hat. Forcing me to go to eBay. So time wasting
