    These shoes were expertly packaged and promptly shipped. They arrived in pristine condition, as described--new and never worn. As they are an expensive, high-quality, hand-painted leather brand, they were a bargain. Unfortunately, they would not stay on my feet, so I had to return them. But I was able to do so with no trouble, so extra props to the seller for being so kind!

    The lack of seller communication was frustrating. I was trying to make my purchase right away and the seller went on vacation. I tried reaching out afterwords but couldn’t get any response. I ended up paying about 15 bucks more for my item than what the seller had originally offered me. Seller never responded back even after the purchase.
