Juan, I'm not sure what you're speaking on here but we have been responsive in this case. You are telling us the package was not delivered to you and you opened a case up but there is no case opened. We were extremely sorry to hear about the unfortunate breakage of your bat.
Unfortunately you ordered a Senior Slowpitch Softball Bat without a Warranty on it. This product is posted as a No Return Product - NO Warranty. Once a bat is opened and used, we're unable to provide any warranty which is the same with any retailer you purchase bats from.
We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but this is also very clearly stated in the Product Description and our Return Policy.
