    The product was & what I needed for the job. The supplier was more than helpful when it didn't arrive on time. Australia Post in Welshpool, Perth were absolutely terrible. 10 days overdue and the tracking information was useless. The package got from Melbourne to Perth in record time then it sat at the depot for 12 days with a constant message to say it had been processed. 28 times in fact with the ETA being pushed out every time it was processed. Auspost need new management.
