    wrong item received (listing advertised brand new, but sent used item in opened box / various scratches bumps around phone / missing accessories), 2nd time they sent the item out (exact same used, also that item faulty) - not sure why but they use third party warehouses and beyond their control... gave it a neutral because they at least honoured the free return policy and processed me refund fast... overall unreliable and wasted 2 weeks with returns/refunds !
