    It took 3 weeks for them to post the item. I had to prompt them to send it. Even then, there was zero communication on their end - not even an acknowledgement or apology. They used to be an awesome company but unfortunately I cannot recommend them anymore.

    Supplier was taking orders and the delivery timeframe did not match the delivery timeframe they were actually able to deliver in due to their supply issues. I had to cancel the order as they were not going to be able to deliver the goods within the timeframe that was stated in the listing description. They need to adjust the delivery timeframe to suit their supply timeframe.
