Chassis arrived in excellent condition. Our couriers are good people, but occasionally drop things. There was evidence on the box that this occurred, but due to the amount of packaging material, the chassis was unscathed.

Awesome chassis. Had to do some mods to make it suitable for a home environment, but that comes with the territory when repurposing enterprise gear. I was thrilled to find everything all hooked up, including the rear, and all drive bays included.
I also requested good packaging materials since our couriers like to drop things and they wrapped everything up really well. Nothing arrived damaged.

I purchased this chassis with much enthusiasm after reading many of the reviews.
Unfortunately, the chassis came defective. It seems that the PSUs severed a wire at some point before it came into my possession.
Furthermore, the rails that were sent are generic rails that do not work with this chassis at all. I did notice a few other reviews mention this, and it seems they continue to mislead customers with incompatible rails-
Initial shipping + return shipping is a major expense and loss.

We have been in communication with this customer, and have offered to provide the customer a return shipping label for a Full Refund. The Customer unfortunately threw away the packaging box, and is unable to return the server. Due to his unability to return the server he is upset and is leaving negative feedback.

Server components match description, external damages without any box damage would indicate pre-shipping issues. Despite secure packaging, both handles exhibit broken screw holes, potentially affecting the functionality of the power button, thankfully the rubin cable didn't break. Also a broken CPU1 header on the motherboard is nearly impossible to break with shipping. Affecting functionality of the connected PCIe slot. Shipping might not be the root cause. A bit sad honestly.
