    I was surprised to receive "Body Veil" opposed to "Cleansing Creme" as listed in item description, but later saw the pictures were of "Body Veil". This is one of my favorite scents, so I happily decided to keep it but alerted the seller, who was very apologic. Otherwise, the transaction was seamless, shipping was quick, and item was packaged quite nicely. I will use this seller again if applicable.

    Gross shipping and packaging. Item not as described and not worth the value. The zippers came broken. Buyer beware: unethical seller Note: two tailors turned down the job to fix them. I asked for a refund and the seller condescendingly explained how to use a zipper. I hope you get yours caught there

    Buyer left a negative feedback as a way to harm my business knowing that 4 days prior I had reached out & I have proof telling me she was really happy w/ the product & asking me to show her how to leave a positive feedback.Buyer also went against eBay policy by using harmful language in feedback saying “I hope you get your caught “ & using feedback as a way of extortion to get an even cheaper price or keep the product for 0 $: Lying about packaging & engaging in foul language to insult me
