Based on previous 100% feedback I assume this was genuinely posted and lost by Royal Mail. Although it took 2 weeks to arrive (advertised as 3 day delivery) seller sent a replacement via Fedex priority as soon as Royal Mail's guideline for missing post (10 working days) had passed. Although the delay caused significant inconvenience, seller replaced without fuss and likely our of pocket
