I accepted, paid for items, and shortly afterwards seller randomly refunds me saying he dosen’t deliver to my address after he confirmed in messages that he did. EBay said he’d be penalised by this action as they read all messages and he had many options to ship. I couldn’t get the item anywhere else for the price he offered me. Not integrous, reneging on his own word. Untrustworthy, DON’T BUY!
