    Package was damaged, 3 out of 10 Anderson connectors only had terminals with them. Seller is in China, difficult to get any proper sales backup. He asked for my address when the photo of defective package clearly showed it. Seems to try to make customer issues hard to fix. I thought the higher price than other sellers would give me better quality and good sales support. Ordered replacements from another seller now. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!

    One of the fans was faulty. Rather than do all the extra postage payment on returns x 2, I agreed to a small refund and kept the fan. Seller was lovely to deal with and their communications was prompt and friendly. Very fast postage.
