Pleasantly surprised that the seat heater element was included and attached. No need to disassemble the old cover and the associated hassle.
The plug for the element, however, was not correct. A little checking of the resistance values and moving the plug over to the new cover, and we're good.
I'd purchased a similar cover from another source a while back, so I knew what to expect. This is definitely a DIY repair.

Amazing piece of work and engineering here for an OEM fit and replacement. The color match was equal to the OEM seat and the fit was perfect. Lexus dealer wanted almost $1,000 just for this bottom piece of seat plus installation of $300.
