We did ship window motor as we advertised. For the some reason , buyer telling that we did change posting after he purchased part but it is impossible to do after purchase. We have many complete regulators (as buyer request) available and there was no reason to ship wrong part since we got over 100 Jaguar cars in our yard..

But UPS blew it by NOT DELIVERING this item to my posted address, and dropped it off at an auto parts store a mile away that never should have been given this delivery. Needless to say, by the time I found where the bad UPS driver dumped off my order, the entire plastic frame was busted in half and many other parts were broken and unuseable. "Buyer" did open return request and did show pictures of her old , broken fan. When I did contact her and did explain issue , she start to play this "racist" game.I do not care what race she is , I care about her auction and fraudulent auctions..
