    Don’t expect any kind of customer service. The conversation speaks for itself. My item (climate control for my truck) was wrapped in bubble wrap & placed in a bag. An item with plastic tabs & weak controls. Which is exactly why it was being replaced. What happens during shipping isn’t their fault or mine, but it could have been packaged better. I contacted the seller to make that suggestion & I didn’t care for the condescending response.
