  New is new, I got what was in the photo nothing else, sent two questions about the item but never received any response, poor communication, and better packaging would be a plus, the item was just put in a box and shipped, no bubble wrap, peanuts, paper packing to keep it from moving around and tight in the box. There was two places in the box where it had come through but did not have any part damaged. Thanks for the deal on the part through all of this, I received the part that I wanted.

  Item received in a timely manner. The packaging was just a single layer of cardboard. Considering the value of the object I would have appreciated some additional padding to protect the item during shipping although no apparent damage had taken place. The item was as described. It was was somewhat dirty perhaps because the external boxing did have some damage.

The condition was new as listed and the contents were clean and in good order with the original plastic wrapper in excellent condition.   Brand new old stock, just as described, fit perfect. Thanks! Great value! Packing needed help. Normally you put filler around all sides so it does not move around in the box. This arrived with studs hanging out of the box but did not have damage.
