The seller contacted, via email, to me to ask about the delivery/quality of the item. I informed them it had not arrived. They contacted me a couple of times for updates. Their communications were excellent and appreciated. I highly recommend this seller.

  Good quality phone cover as pictured in ad. High sides to protect the screen. Great value for money when compared to price in stores. The delivery took a couple of weeks but I believe that was Australia Post's fault. The seller contacted me to see if I had received my purchase and said they had posted the day after I ordered it. When I replied that I hadn't,they got back to me the very next day to check address details. My package arrived that same day so I am very happy with item and service

  Seller was extremely helpful in switching out the wrong product I ordered for the correct item and it was shipped the next day. They were also very helpful in checking where my package was with the courier as there had been no updates from the courier company. They always replied quickly to any messages which was awesome.   The item was exactly as described, great quality. My Mother loved it. The seller also proactively followed up to check if I had received the item a couple of days after the expected delivery date (sadly it had not) so we gave it a few more days and then, after confirming my delivery details, they obviously chased up the delivery company (who were still showing the package at the depo after ~14 days) as my item was delivered the very next morning. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

  This phone case is exactly as described and looks great at a great price. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery (thanks Aramax!) but the seller stayed in contact with me and it was eventually sorted. Highly recommend this seller and very happy with my new phone case.
