One part of my order disappeared into the Evri network (where it still is/isn’t who knows?) and after a couple days of no tracking update I messaged and got a response within a couple hours from Gina saying she’d look into and sort it. Within 2 days I had a new Evri tracking link and my order. Amazing customer service I will be returning and recommending to anyone I can. Parcels also packaged securely and watertight wrap on liquids.

    As described, not quick delivery but OK. Evri knocked on door, left parcel and went without waiting 10 seconds to see somebody, Pathetic. I know they have a lot of calls etc but when they can't even wait 10 seconds to make sure it's in safe hands is stupid. Our Evri regular delivery man is great but this must have been his stand in, Speedy Gonzales.

    The company that i bought this off had to take over and and follow this order as AVRI which is a terrible company to deal with they do not answer emails that you send them to see where your order is but the service i received from the company which I bought this order from are outstanding..I would definitely buy again but they have to use a nother company other than AVRI..the service from this company is 5 STARS ALL THE WAY ..
