I ordered on 4/12. But this seller updated track number 2 days later but it was false info. They said AusPost would deliver but no tracking. I went to the local agents twice and Post officr once to pick it up but no parcel at all. The seller informed me the parcel was dropped at local agent. This means the seller used private courier company, not AusPost. Even I couldn't find it from anywhere. I wasted my time for two weeks but the seller acted very insincerely, irresponsibly. Really upset
