Well, poor customer service following Sat Nav which had an old connector to cigar lighter. Broke/ over fused cigar lighter, so had to seek new fuse @ garage, at my cost. But sellers unpleasant, nasty PLUS DECUCTED ME POSTAGE COST , TO & FROM. Awful experience and they now ignore my emails. BUY AT YOUR POTENTIAL PERIL. buyer blame our product for the cigarette light fuse blowing. we tested on return and no problems, buyer want us to pay for her car repairs ??? nasty? we supplied free label and refunded straight away even thou nothing wrong with product

This kettle is not a genuine Zannusi brand, it has another name on it and the Zanussi lettering has been stuck onto the kettle furthermore it looks like it'd been used. You will be disappointed if you expect genuine goods. On requesting a refund from the seller, I am accused of not purchasing this kettle from him/her. Very unprofessional and no refund given.

150+ sold of these kettles with positive feedback. They are sold as new and sealed from Zanussi. customer had this delivered on 1st feb and contacted us on Feb 10th. very reluctant to provide images of what was received - as an onine seller we obvioulsy need images. Why wouldnt you provide these if you had received a used item? When images were finally provided these were of a model we had never sold??? accussing us of scamming and selling fake items when we believe this was old kettle
