When buying, I gave you my exact delivery address and I expected the baskets to be delivered to our door. Your courier drove straight past our Unit & left the boxed baskets at the reception area of our Community Center. A delivery is not the discretion of the courier driver. We had no way of knowing it was delivered and only became aware of it when a staff member brought them to our door. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! This is using eBay's preferred courier - Sendle. Unfortunately we have no control over this once Sendle picks up the consignment. We do offer Auspost as an option too, we find they are more reliable but also more expensive. I have launched an investigation with Sendle, hopefully they will refund the shipping charge, which I will then refund to you.
