Even after getting lost in the mail (thanks to UPS), the seller immediately sent out a new part upon contacting them and was here within a couple days. The part was in perfect condition upon arrival and was the perfect fit for our 2012 ram 1500 545rfe transmission.   Let's just say that these guys are Lifesavers. Went above and beyond to help expedite things because I was in a bind and put in work over memorial Day weekend that I didn't really expect.   I received a defective part from this seller. I reached out to tell him of the defective part. He called me immediately to make things right. He not only promised to send me a working remanufactured TCM with solenoid pack, and additionally has told me that he'd also would programed/ flash the TCzM for me. I'm getting him all the information for programing, and he's promised to send out the new part swiftly. Can't ask for more than that from a seller. Ill keep ypu posted...
