To ship a small envelope they charge .75 which is high. The envelope I was searching for was a proof set paper envelope but somehow a mint envelope came up and I didn't realize it till l received it. First class shipping . Sends out quickly. Would not pay this much again. Overpriced for what I got. Would buy full proof sets if sold by this seller.
